Our extensive quality assurance process includes:

• Monthly quality and continuous improvement assessments
• Quarterly customer satisfaction assessments
• Inspection of 100% of all dimensions on test runs
• Shot blasting of each part before each assembly to improve weldability

For repeat customer orders, we recommend the use of a Go-NoGo gauge for part inspection. Each inspection and measuring tool is checked and calibrated periodically. We conduct a systematic inspection of components received from our suppliers on reception, in-process, and prior to shipment.

New hires must pass theoretical and applied exams. Then, they must undergo training on Dalkotech's quality system and are sponsored by experienced employees during their training.

Value-Added Process

Continuing education (KAISEN) allows us to minimize time loss related to movements and steps contributing no added value. We also conduct close monitoring of our processes using reliable performance indicators for each work unit. This allows us to get optimum performance and offer extremely competitive prices.

We can also paint and final-assemble your parts so that they are ready for your assembly line.

Certifications

Our company is certified for welding according to CWB W47.1, which is equivalent to codes AWS D1.1 for welding in the United States. All our welders are certified and follow approved welding procedures.
