TANK MANUFACTURING

We make hydraulic and diesel tanks. They are mostly robotically welded to eliminate joints (stops/starts) and ensure maximum tightness.

We use no-scale (HRPO) steel pressure-tested by immersion for leak detection. We run internal particle tests to make sure the tanks comply with our customers' highest standards (up to 3 microns). Also, the inside of each tank is thoroughly cleaned using pressurized water and a contaminants vacuum.

All our tanks are painted and their unpainted internal surfaces are treated against corrosion. All products used inside the tanks are approved and compatible with the petroleum products they will be filled with. Surface treatments (paint) are applied at our factory very shortly after the tank is built to reduce the risks of the steel reacting with cleaning products.
